Our optometry office is located off Hwy 135 in the heart of Rayville. We offer convenient hours, making it easy to schedule care at a time that works for you.
We’re located at 1215 Hwy 135, just a few minutes from Exit 14. If you’re coming from the highway, take Exit 14 toward Rayville Center and head east on Main Street. You’ll pass the Rayville Community Park on your left and the Greenleaf Shopping Plaza on your right. Continue straight until you see the Shell gas station; we’re just past it, on the right-hand side, next to Mapleview Pharmacy. Look for the brick building.
