Dr. Frankel built this practice on a simple idea: every patient deserves expert care, explained clearly, and delivered with compassion. Today, he continues to lead the medical side of our practice, working closely with patients managing conditions like glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and post-surgical recovery.
Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, Dr. Frankel helps patients feel confident navigating vision challenges, whether that means regular monitoring, long-term disease management, or working with specialists for advanced treatment.

We’re located at 1215 Hwy 135, just a few minutes from Exit 14. If you’re coming from the highway, take Exit 14 toward Rayville Center and head east on Main Street. You’ll pass the Rayville Community Park on your left and the Greenleaf Shopping Plaza on your right. Continue straight until you see the Shell gas station; we’re just past it, on the right-hand side, next to Mapleview Pharmacy. Look for the brick building.
